The magical energy within Jamaa exists in multiple states of matter. It can travel like electricity through the lines, float freely like mist, or be condensed and crystalized.
There are five primary magical energies within Jamaa, each identifiable by their color.
White - Black -Magenta - Cyan - Yellow

★ It is theorized to be linked to magnetism, and responsible for the "push" and "pull" of the natural forces in Jamaa. Think of how magnets either push apart or are pulled together depending on their positive or negative charges.
★ This magic has also been noted to appear when large groups join together in harmony.
★ Those aligned with arcane tend to be creative types, and are good at working in teams. In rare cases, they gain electric powers.
★ Passion is a mixture of the Arcane and Alchemy
★ Passion is the magical energy that fuels desire, pride, love, and deep devotion. It is not exclusively for romantic love, but also the love for a hobby, nation, friends, or the self.
★ Those aligned with the magic of passion tend to be fiercely loyal, dedicated, stubborn, and sometimes obsessive. In rare cases, they gain fire or heat related powers.
★ Structure is a mixture of Alchemy and Spirit
★ The powers of Structure gives things its shape. It is responsible for the solid foundations of Jamaa, such as the rocky ground.
★ Those aligned with structure tend to be strong, resilient, but stubborn and inflexible. In rare cases, they gain a super ability to build and create.
★ Alchemy is transformation and purification of matter
★ The magical energy of Alchemy has been noted to have a connection to stars, moons, and planets. Alchemy in its purer forms are almost always linked to the energy of light, making mixtures of Alchemy and dark side very rare, but possible.
★ Those aligned with Alchemy tend to be curious and have a love for learning. In rare cases, they have a special connection and understanding of the universe that might give them a supernatural skill in mathematics and chemistry.
★ Root is a mixture of Alchemy and Spirit
★ The magic of Root is named after the connected network of living plants and fungi that exist across Jamaa. It allows living beings to communicate and connect with each other, but the animals of Jamaa have largely shut themselves off from the full extent of this magic. This magic is also responsible for the natural portals that connect the far reaches of Jamaa.
★ Those aligned with this magic, much like those aligned with Alchemy, tend to be curious and have heighted understanding of natural sciences. They also tend to have a deep connection with nature.
★ The Magic of Spirit is also commonly referred to as soul magic.
★ This magic is responsible for all life. Every living thing holds a piece of spirit magic within them.
★ Mira and Zios, the guardian spirits, are comprised entirely out of spirit magic.
★ Flow is a mixture of the Arcane and Spirit
★ The magic of Flow is the magic of anything continuous and shapeless. It is responsible for the great winds of the sky and the deep ocean waves.

★ The magic of Cultivation fuels expansion, discovery, and change. Opposite to Alchemy, it is most often linked with the powers of dark side.
★ Those aligned with Cultivation tend to be very persuasive, nurturing, and have a heightened ability to make change.
